Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Free access and trials

The free plan can be used without a card. When a paid trial is offered, its duration and conversion terms are shown at checkout.

2. Subscription cancellation

Cancel through the applicable payment-provider portal. Cancellation stops future renewal; access may continue until the end of the paid period.

3. Refund requests

Refund requests are handled through Paddle, Google Play, or the original purchase channel.

Duplicate charges, billing errors, and mandatory consumer rights are reviewed separately.

4. Lifetime purchases

Founder Lifetime is a one-time purchase subject to checkout terms and applicable law.

AI credits and separately sold variable-cost services are treated independently.
