1. Acceptance and acceptable use
By using Ordovia, you accept these terms.
Do not misuse, attack, reverse engineer, upload unlawful content, or access another person’s account.
2. Accounts and data model
Ordovia is cloud-first. Account-based data is stored in the cloud and may synchronize across supported devices.
You are responsible for account security and protecting exported files.
3. Your content
You retain your rights in tasks, notes, and other content.
You allow Ordovia to process that content only as needed to operate, synchronize, back up, and provide AI features you request.
4. Free and paid plans
Features, storage, AI credits, and limits are described on the pricing page.
“Unlimited” remains subject to reasonable technical, storage, security, and anti-abuse limits.
Subscriptions may be managed through Paddle, Google Play, or the applicable payment provider.
5. Founder Lifetime
Founder Lifetime covers the listed premium core features while Ordovia operates.
AI credits, third-party API costs, and future separately priced services are not automatically included.
Lifetime does not guarantee that a company, individual, or online service will exist forever.
6. Ordo AI
Ordo provides suggestions; decisions and outcomes remain yours.
AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and must not be relied on for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
7. Service status
Ordovia is available on the web, on Google Play for Android, and on Microsoft Store for Windows. An iOS app is not currently offered.
Features may evolve, change, or be removed. Uninterrupted availability or permanent retention of a specific feature is not guaranteed.
8. Export and discontinuation
Regular export of important supported data is recommended.
If discontinuation is planned, we will try to provide reasonable notice and an export window where feasible.
9. Liability
Ordovia does not guarantee productivity, income, health outcomes, or uninterrupted operation.
Liability for indirect loss, user error, and third-party outages is limited to the extent permitted by law.
